Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in line with company policies.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles.
- Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate training, development programs, and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and organisational standards.
- Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting.
- Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Support policy development and implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or people operations.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labour laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.
- HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, or organisational development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
