Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders across all business units (orchards, processing, and support functions) to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Lead talent management from attraction and onboarding to performance development through succession planning for our regional teams.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives that reinforce our values of sustainability, integrity, and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, policies, and compliance in line with Australian employment legislation.
- Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and deliver actionable insights.
- Oversee training & development programs to build capability in areas such as production operations, agronomy, processing, safety, and leadership.
Requirements:
