We’re looking for a proactive HR Recruitment Specialist to join our fast-growing Tech Sales Marketing organization. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding — while helping shape a positive candidate and employee experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, marketing, and operational roles.
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and role requirements.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Oversee pre-employment checks, offers, and onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Employer Branding
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s employer brand across digital platforms.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, tech events, and networking sessions to attract top talent.
- Support the creation of recruitment campaigns that reflect the company’s innovative and inclusive culture.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Continuously review and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed on hiring trends, industry best practices, and employment laws.
- Partner with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in sales & marketing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, HR software).
- Passion for people, culture, and creating great candidate experiences.
