A retail pharmaceutical company in Ogun State is seeking to hire an HR Officer who will support the HR Manager in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. He/She will monitor employees' progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager in coordinating recruitment, onboarding and training processes.
- Coordinate the performance management system with sales employees and other staff.
- Prepare and administer employee leave roster.
- Track staff daily attendance from all branches and give a monthly report.
- Continually educate employees on the company's policies
- Monitor employees' progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they have.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for quarterly Management meetings.
- Establish and maintain appropriate filing of MOUs and vendor contracts.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other Management or Social Science Discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
- 2years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist in a reputable organisation.
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role.
- Exceptional Analytical and problem-solving skills
