Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies and manage talent acquisition.
- Foster positive employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Identify training needs and implement development programs.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage HR policies.
- Oversee employee benefits, compensation, and well-being programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong HR knowledge, labour law understanding, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 600,000
