The HR Executive at SafariHills Apartments plays a critical role in building a high-performance team that aligns with the company’s mission of delivering exceptional hospitality and tech-enabled service. The individual will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee welfare, HR policy development and compliance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles across SafariHills (Reservations, Media, Facility, Operations, HR, Partnerships, etc.).
- Develop job descriptions, publish job adverts, manage applications, and coordinate interviews.
- Create a structured hiring process with screening, testing, and reference checks.
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline and liaise with recruitment channels and agencies when needed.
Onboarding & Employee Integration:
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, guarantor forms, bio-data forms, and mandatory documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions to introduce new hires to SafariHills’ culture, systems, and expectations.
- Ensure seamless integration of employees into their departments.
HR Policy & Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, employee handbook, and workplace guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and industry standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and employee records.
Performance Management & KPIs:
- Work with leadership to define KPIs for each department.
- Track individual, team, and organisational performance using structured frameworks.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
- Identify training gaps and recommend continuous improvement programs.
Training & Development:
- Plan and coordinate training sessions for Reservations, Operations, Media, Facility, and other teams.
- Develop internal training materials or liaise with external trainers.
- Ensure employees have the skills needed to deliver excellent service and meet SafariHills’ standards.
Employee Relations & Welfare:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Develop welfare programs, team-bonding activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave management, and workplace discipline.

Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 3 years of previous work experience in similar role
