Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, Documentation & On-boarding: Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help with the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary actions under HR supervision.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance records. Assist in benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefits inquiries.
- Training & Development: Help coordinate training sessions and development programs. Track employee training progress and certifications.
- General HR Support: Prepare HR-related reports and presentations. Scanning of account forms and salary sheets for payment of salaries. Compilation of account numbers for new workers. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience
- Must have recruiting experience or have worked in a recruiting firm
- Degree in a related field
- Strong recruitment skills
