We are looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer who combines creativity with precision. This role is for someone who doesn't just make designs look good but also understands how to create visuals that communicate, convert, and strengthen a brand.

Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and other digital marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand identity, campaign objectives, and marketing strategies.
- Create engaging visual assets including social media posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Edit and produce short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to transform ideas into visually compelling campaigns.
- Maintain consistency across all visual communications while adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Optimize creative assets for different platforms, formats, and screen sizes.
- Organize, manage, and maintain design files and creative assets for easy accessibility.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, industry best practices, and new creative tools.
- Accept feedback professionally and iterate designs efficiently while maintaining high quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut, InShot, or equivalent design and video editing tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct inconsistencies before submitting work.
- A proactive, responsive, and reliable communicator who is available during agreed working hours and provides timely updates on assigned tasks.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, accountability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and implement revisions promptly.
- A creative mindset with a passion for producing visually engaging content that delivers measurable results.
- Applicants must submit a recent portfolio showcasing their best design work: Social media designs, Brand identity projects, Marketing creatives, and any other relevant creative work.
- Portfolio submissions through Behance, Dribbble, Adobe Portfolio, a personal portfolio website, Google Drive, or similar platforms are acceptable
