Responsibilities:

- Match candidates to client requirements and ensure timely submission of profiles
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring client needs
- Collaborate with the Work Gratitude recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction
