HR Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support and manage human resource functions within our growing interior design company. The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Administer payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance records
- Support performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
- Assist with culture-building and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role
- Experience within the interior design, construction, or creative industry is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Work Structure: Hybrid work model (combination of on-site and remote)
