Human Resources Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic human resources manager to oversee all HR functions and support organisational growth. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, with strong leadership, people management, and policy development skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
- Supervise and mentor the HR team
- Oversee training and development programs
- Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
- Adaptability to the informal sector.
- Ability to move across the company locations.
Location: Agric Road, Oko-Oba, Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos State. (Proximity to location is key.)
