We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, designing procedures, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws,
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process,
- Maintain accurate HR records, drive engagement initiatives, and provide leadership with workforce insights that strengthen culture, accountability, and organisational performance across both entities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.
- 4–7+ years of solid HR experience (generalist or HR manager level), preferably in structured SMEs or mid-sized organisations.
- Experience setting up or refining HR systems, policies, and performance management frameworks.
