Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
- Match candidates to client requirements and ensure timely submission of profiles.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring client needs.
- Collaborate with the Work Bridge recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND qualification.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Jobberman, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- A laptop and a reliable internet connection.
