Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Edit and repurpose our creator video backlog into Reels, Stories, and carousels, multiple posts per day, cut for each platform
- Use Higgsfield (connected to our Shopify store through Claude) to turn flat product photos into lifestyle imagery: the product in someone's hand, in a real scene, in the right season
- Generate hyper-realistic AI illustrations for posts, carousels, and affirmation content
- Build carousels that mix formats AI illustration, product image, video into one cohesive set
- Take a brief or a theme from the strategist or from me and come back with finished assets
Requirements:
- Video editing and Photoshop: this is the non-negotiable foundation. We're not hiring a prompt writer. We're hiring an editor and designer who uses AI to move faster.
- Higgsfield, or the demonstrated ability to learn it fast. Our whole stack runs through Claude, so if you can use Claude, Claude will walk you into Higgsfield.
- Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini: daily working tools, not novelties
