Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
- Support sales efforts and meet assigned sales targets
- Provide accurate information about company services
- Assist with basic operational and administrative tasks
- Maintain proper customer records and follow up as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Resident of Alimosho LGA (preferred)
- Must be computer literate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Benefits:
- Training Period (First Month): NGN 100,000
- Probationary Salary (One-Month Probation): NGN 250,000
- Post-Probation Salary: NGN 300,000 Monthly upon successful completion of the one-month probation period and achievement of required sales targets
- Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses available based on sales performance and target achievement
Work Schedule: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (WAT)
Note: Transition to the NGN 300,000 salary structure is subject to successful performance evaluation after the one-month probation period.
