- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and stock ordering
- Support promotional activities and oversee product deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism within the sales environment
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager
- HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in the use of SAP, POS systems, and inventory management tools
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Professional appearance with excellent grooming and dress sense
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
