Responsibilities:
- Champion full recruitment process of credible Lead and Junior Sales Managers
- Fastest recruitment of other department when needed
- Manage HR functions (Recruitment and onboarding)
- Culture advocate
- Create articles and trainings to make recruitment and onboarding seamless.
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes
- Attend weekly meetings (Remote)
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting & onboarding top performing sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write articles & DIYs that helps the team
- Strong management abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
