- Conduct structured interviews and skill assessments to ensure suitability.
- Collaborate closely with the Verification Manager for background and guarantor checks.
- Maintain an updated talent pool for quick deployment to clients.
- Work with the Business Manager to match client requirements with the best-fit candidates.
- Ensure every candidate experiences a professional and transparent recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 2 years of previous work experience in similar role
