Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs by building and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
- Monitor and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Stay updated with labor laws, recruitment trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging job postings and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc
- Good managerial skills
