Job summary
Accessbest Capital is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and support our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, staff management, policy implementation, performance management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR administration.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal and documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Monitor staff performance and attendance
- Coordinate training and staff development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR reports
- Support management with workforce planning and administrative duties
- Handle public relations and work with the company legal firm to manage staff and company matters.
- Handle staff payroll
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years proven experience in Human Resources management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in financial services or lending industry is an added advantage
