Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a strong company culture.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage HR budgets and ensure the cost-effectiveness of HR services.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Manage all HR Processes and employee management via Zoho HRMS Software or any similar HRMS.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a strategic HR management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues.
  • Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management strategies.
  • Ability to develop and sustain a high-performance culture through motivation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
