Job summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, drive talent acquisition, and foster a positive work environment in polymer production company. You'll be expected to make key decisions independently and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business objectives
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Oversee performance management, training, and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., Nigeria Labor Act)
- Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning and organizational development
- Manage HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee grievances
- Develop and implement employee wellness programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing (polymer/chemical industry a plus)
- Professional certification (e.g., HRCI, CIPM)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and improving employee engagement
