Human Resources Executive
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources professional to support our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting talent acquisition, and driving people-focused initiatives that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee life-cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead recruitment processes
- Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and support conflict resolution
- Manage payroll inputs, employee records, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies
- Provide HR insights and reports to management as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ proven experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
