Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions, drive talent management, implement HR policies, and support organisational growth. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance, ensuring a productive and engaging work environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff placement.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, and leave management.
- Lead performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records, files, and reports.
- Support management with HR planning, workforce structuring, and strategic decisions.
- Drive training, orientation, and staff welfare programs.
- Handle exit management, clearance, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in HR management or senior HR roles.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HR software is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
