Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in managing daily administrative and HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies

Job Description/Requirements
- Support the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Help coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and appraisals.
- Handle leave management, attendance, and payroll support.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
- Respond to employee queries and foster effective communication.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
