Job Description/Requirements
Providing pharmaceutical care and excellent customer service to online and offline customers.
Apply pharmaceutical knowledge in recommending medications accurately to patients online and offline.
Dispensing and properly labeling medications for use in online and offline ordersÂ
Dispensing of controlled medications and poisons using the proper Pharmacy guidelines and rules.
Labeling and packaging of orders to be dispatched to customersÂ
Reviewing doctor’s prescriptions for drug interactions, appropriateness, and legality.
Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products, and monitor their condition to prevent expiration or deterioration.
Counseling of patients/customers on drug use and lifestyle modifications.
Provide assistance with other medical services such as; laboratory tests, doctor's appointments and emergency response, etc.
Keep records of patient history and enter records properly into the systems.
Inventory management- Stock count, expiry date checks
Keep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
Display empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on your team.
Motivate, inspire and develop your fellow colleagues' strengths, and address development opportunities.
