Permanent Night-duty Medical Doctor

Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients and provide medical consultations during night shifts.
• Diagnose and treat patients presenting with various medical conditions.
• Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care and stabilization.
• Monitor admitted patients and ensure proper medical management.
• Attend to maternal and paediatric cases within professional competence.
• Prescribe medications and appropriate treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical reports.
• Coordinate with nurses and other healthcare personnel.
• Ensure proper patient handover and continuity of care.
• Uphold professional medical ethics and hospital standards.

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent recognised medical degree.
• Must have completed housemanship.
• Must possess a valid MDCN practising licence.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of emergency care and general medical practice.
• Excellent communication, clinical decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available and willing to work permanent night shifts.
