Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily movement and delivery of containers, cargo, and vehicles from ports and terminals to designated locations.
- Arrange and assign trucks, drivers, and transporters based on operational requirements.
- Follow up on trucks and cargo movements from terminal/port exit to final delivery.
- Monitor truck arrival, loading, gate-in, gate-out, transit, and delivery status.
- Verify delivery documentation such as delivery notes, terminal documents, and interchange documents.
- Prepare daily transportation reports showing completed trips, ongoing movements, delays, pending deliveries, and operational issues
Requirements:
- BSC in any related field
- Must have experience in shipping and logistics, port Operations terminal operations. Truck inspections, etc....
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills.
