Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific networks.
  • Review applications, conduct thorough interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Lead salary negotiations and coordinate offer letters for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain the company's employer branding strategy to attract top talent and promote a positive company culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, implementing improvements to enhance the recruitment process continuously.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all hiring and employment laws and regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech or social media industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top-tier candidates, including technical and creative roles.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • A passion for talent acquisition and a customer-centric approach to recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.
