Job summary
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Stock Officers to oversee inventory operations at our Bridgehead and Ogidi branches. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, receiving and issuing goods, and ensuring proper stock control.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, record and organize incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excesses or discrepancies.
- Issue stock to the appropriate departments or sales personnel.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with records.
- Track stock movement, transfers, damages, returns and losses.
- Ensure proper storage, arrangement and identification of products.
- Prepare regular stock reports for management.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory and documentation procedures.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to maintain smooth stock flow.
Requirements:
- OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other inventory tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience handling high-volume inventory is an added advantage.
