Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talents.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and retention programs.
Performance Management:
- Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Resolve employee conflicts and handle disciplinary issues professionally.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and act on results.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
HR Operations and Reporting:
- Oversee HR systems and ensure data integrity.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years experience
- MBA/MSc.
