Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement HR and admin policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and making hiring decisions.
- Oversee employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Handle employee relations issues and conflicts, including mediation and counselingMaintain employee records and documentation, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee office management tasks, including vendor management, facility management, and inventory control.
- Report to the GM and work hand in hand with the Chief Operating Officer.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in HR and admin management, 3 years in mortgage banking, finance, insurance or real estate or development sector is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
- Experience with ERP -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives (test during screening tests)
