Job Summary

We seek a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and success. A strong background in HR management within the Real Estate and Mortgage Banking industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and implement HR and admin policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and making hiring decisions.
  • Oversee employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflicts, including mediation and counselingMaintain employee records and documentation, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including vendor management, facility management, and inventory control.
  • Report to the GM and work hand in hand with the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR and admin management, 3 years in mortgage banking, finance, insurance or real estate or development sector is an added advantage.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
  • Experience with ERP -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives (test during screening tests)
