Key Responsibilities:

As an RPO Recruiter, you will work closely with our clients and collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Partnering with clients to understand their staffing needs and objectives. Sourcing and identifying top talent through various channels. Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates to match with client requirements. Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Focusing on Nigerian recruitment needs while potentially assisting in other African regions.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on RPO and Nigerian recruitment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work. Comfortable working in a remote and autonomous setting. Proficiency in English, with knowledge of additional Nigerian languages being a plus.
