DOMO Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified domestic staff, ensuring clients are matched with credible, dependable, and well-trained helps.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates (nannies, cooks, cleaners, drivers, caregivers).
- Verify candidate documents, references, and background checks.
- Manage job postings across social media and recruitment platforms.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates and client requirements.
- Coordinate trainings, tests, and onboarding sessions for recruits.
- Match candidates to client requests based on skills and personality fit.
- Ensure all candidates meet DOMO Consulting’s quality and conduct standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, admin, or customer service (experience in domestic staffing is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience interviewing blue-collar talent. (Preferred)
- Ability to assess candidate character and suitability. (Preferred)
- Social media savvy (for posting job ads and sourcing). (Preferred)
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. (Preferred)
