We’re hiring a people-first Recruiter to help us grow a team that’s passionate about global education. You’ll source, engage, and hire mission-aligned seasonal talent across operations, seasonal staff, and program leadership roles.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for a range of positions, including program leaders and HQ staff
  • Create job descriptions and develop sourcing strategies
  • Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline with a focus on inclusion and impact
  • Represent Rustic Pathways at job fairs or partner events when needed


Requirements:

  • 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Strong communicator with excellent people skills
  • Experience sourcing diverse candidates for mission-aligned roles
  • Comfortable with ATS systems and digital hiring tools
  • Inspired by Rustic’s values and global reach
