Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for a range of positions, including program leaders and HQ staff
- Create job descriptions and develop sourcing strategies
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline with a focus on inclusion and impact
- Represent Rustic Pathways at job fairs or partner events when needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
- Strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Experience sourcing diverse candidates for mission-aligned roles
- Comfortable with ATS systems and digital hiring tools
