We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and attracting top-tier talent to support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to identify staffing needs.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Post job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Talent Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
Interview Coordination & Assessment
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and preparing interview materials.
- Partner with team leads to evaluate candidate qualifications and organizational fit.
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
- Coordinate and support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Recruitment Metrics & Compliance
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
