Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs
- Identify market trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities within the furniture and home living space
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept development to launch and post-launch performance tracking
- Optimize product listings, online merchandising, and overall customer shopping experience
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and product performance to drive improvements and increase profitability
- Collaborate closely with design, production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product execution
- Support pricing strategies and product positioning initiatives
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain market relevance
- Work cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and product visibility across digital platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, product management, or a related field
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, furniture, or home living industry is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of online retail, e-commerce operations, and product merchandising
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for furniture, interior design, and customer experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed business decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
