Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Proven ability to source candidates, review resumes, shortlist qualified applicants, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Proficient in conducting interviews to assess candidates’ competencies.
- Skilled in facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- Smart, professional, and well-presented.
- Male candidates are preferred
