Job Summary

This is your opportunity to build and lead the people, systems that power Venco’s growth. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute our talent acquisition efforts — posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and run high-impact onboarding, learning, and career development programs.
  • Champion Venco’s values and culture, ensuring they’re lived out across teams and regions.
  • Manage key HR operations — including payroll support, benefits, performance tracking, and records management.
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership on organizational design, team health, and people strategy.
  • Launch internal engagement and feedback loops that help us learn, grow, and stay connected.
  • Support compliance and alignment across our Nigerian, Kenyan, and Ghanaian operations.


Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in HR, People Ops, or Talent Management roles — preferably in tech or startup environments.
  • Passionate about building great teams and great cultures.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A systems thinker who can design and optimize people processes.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats — strategy, ops, coaching, and admin.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
