Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute our talent acquisition efforts — posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and run high-impact onboarding, learning, and career development programs.
- Champion Venco’s values and culture, ensuring they’re lived out across teams and regions.
- Manage key HR operations — including payroll support, benefits, performance tracking, and records management.
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership on organizational design, team health, and people strategy.
- Launch internal engagement and feedback loops that help us learn, grow, and stay connected.
- Support compliance and alignment across our Nigerian, Kenyan, and Ghanaian operations.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in HR, People Ops, or Talent Management roles — preferably in tech or startup environments.
- Passionate about building great teams and great cultures.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A systems thinker who can design and optimize people processes.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats — strategy, ops, coaching, and admin.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
