Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Develop annual hiring plans and talent pipelines for permanent, hybrid, remote, and contract roles
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: briefs, ATS management, candidate engagement, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Elevate Eden’s employer brand online and at campus/career fairs
HR Business Partnership
- Advise the MD and department heads on workforce planning, org design, and change initiatives
- Provide on-site HR support for client engagements and new office setups
Onboarding, Culture & Engagement
- Design a structured onboarding programme with 30, 60, and 90-day milestones
- Champion Eden’s values through pulse surveys, town halls, recognition programmes, and wellbeing initiatives
Performance & Learning
- Implement annual appraisal cycles; coach managers on SMART objectives and calibration
- Conduct skills-gap analyses; design and deliver training; measure ROI and application
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Maintain salary bands; benchmark market data; administer compensation reviews and payroll queries
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law, NDPR, HSE, and wellness protocols
HR Operations & Analytics
- Own HRIS/ATS integrity and automate people processes
- Produce monthly dashboards on headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, engagement, and compliance
Succession Planning & Offboarding
- Map critical roles and successors; drive development plans
- Lead exit interviews, analyse trends, and manage knowledge transfers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in HRM, Business Administration or related (Master’s preferred)
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM-CP/SCP or equivalent)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience, with ≥2 years in an HR leadership/business-partner role
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for local & remote teams
- Expertise in performance management, L&D, and org design
- Deep knowledge of Nigerian labour law, NDPR, HSE, and HR best practices
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS/ATS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Zoho People) and Excel/Power BI
- Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
