Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports using HR information systems.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement, well-being, and organizational values.
Requirements:
- Must reside within the axis of Yaba and Surulere, Lagos state.
- Minimum of 3 years experience
