We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR operations, develop and implement HR strategies, and foster a positive work environment that aligns with our company values and objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
- Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Plan and execute human resources initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive HR approach.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
- Develop effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, diversity, and inclusion.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management matters.
- Work with managers to develop individual and team performance improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Coordinate employee development plans and opportunities for career growth.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the job market.
- Stay updated with labor laws and regulations and ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and trends for management review.
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, leave management, and employee documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Professional certification such as SHRM or HRCI is preferred.
