Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager (preferably female) with mid-level management experience to oversee and enhance our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Policy Implementation:
- Develop and execute HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and best HR practices.
- Support senior management in strategic workforce planning.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires efficiently.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skills gaps.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports employee engagement.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Facilitate leadership development and career progression initiatives.
- Ensure continuous learning opportunities for employees at all levels.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Manage payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team.
- Oversee benefits programs and ensure employees receive relevant perks and entitlements.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitive compensation structures.
HR Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Ensure workplace safety, health policies, and diversity initiatives are upheld.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification/ MBA is an advantage).
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a mid-level management role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
