We are seeking a Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead all HR and office management functions. This role will be pivotal in driving organizational growth by implementing robust HR processes, fostering employee development and engagement, and ensuring an efficient, compliant, and sustainable work environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures aligned with SGX’s mission and legal requirements.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and employee welfare programs in collaboration with finance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Act as a key advisor to leadership on human resources planning, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and manage strong talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, technical institutions, and professional networks.
  • Develop and promote SGX Mobility’s employer brand to attract top industry talent.
  • Design and oversee an inclusive, transparent recruitment and selection process.
  • Implement performance management systems including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
  • Design and facilitate training, learning, and leadership development programs.
  • Support career progression planning, mentorship programs, and succession planning strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to bridge skills gaps and promote continuous professional development.
  • Manage general office operations, procurement, facilities maintenance, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • Coordinate administrative support for business functions, meetings, and events.
  • Oversee budgeting and cost management for administrative expenses.
  • Champion SGX Mobility’s values and sustainability-driven culture across all levels of the organization.
  • Design and execute employee engagement surveys and implement feedback-driven action plans.
  • Lead CSR activities, wellness programs, and team-building initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and handle grievance and disciplinary processes fairly.
  • Prepare regular HR metrics and analytics reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Develop strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the business.
  • Implement and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS) and performance management platforms.
  • Leverage data and technology to improve HR service delivery and decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR and administration experience, preferably within the technology, manufacturing, or sustainability sectors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development principles.
  • Strong experience with performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and social impact.
