Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment of agents, property managers, and support staff.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract high-performing sales and property professionals.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and industry networks.
- Foster a positive and performance-driven company culture.
- Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Organize staff engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and real estate industry regulations.
- Draft and maintain HR policies and the employee handbook.
- Manage employment contracts and licensing documentation for real estate professionals.
- Implement
performance management and incentive systems tailored to sales teams.
- Coordinate training programs in compliance, sales techniques, CRM systems, and professional development.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
- Oversee payroll, commission structures, and benefits administration.
- Ensure competitive compensation aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and reporting systems.
- Prepare HR reports for senior management on headcount, turnover, and talent metrics
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- Minimum of 2 years experience
