Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in the trading or financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
