Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the employee recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up on the hiring process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to ensure employees acquire necessary skills and knowledge.
- Participate in the performance evaluation process, assisting in collecting, organizing, and analyzing employee performance data to support performance assessments and compensation adjustments.

- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring company HR policies and processes are compliant.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities to enhance employee satisfaction and team cohesion.
- Aid in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback to provide data support for improving HR strategies.
- Participate in the development and promotion of employee development plans to help them achieve career goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and human resources management practices.
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and ability to handle urgent situations effectively.
- Positive work attitude and high level of professionalism.
- Possess recruitment channel resources to quickly source relevant talent
