Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the employee recruitment process, including drafting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up on the hiring process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to ensure employees acquire necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in the performance evaluation process, assisting in collecting, organizing, and analyzing employee performance data to support performance assessments and compensation adjustments.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and disputes, fostering a positive employee relations atmosphere.
  • Assist in the execution of employee welfare and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and timely handling of procedures.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring company HR policies and processes are compliant.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities to enhance employee satisfaction and team cohesion.
  • Aid in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback to provide data support for improving HR strategies.
  • Participate in the development and promotion of employee development plans to help them achieve career goals.



Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and human resources management practices.
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and ability to handle urgent situations effectively.
  • Positive work attitude and high level of professionalism.
  • Possess recruitment channel resources to quickly source relevant talent
