Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with consultant recruitment (job postings, CV screening, interviews)
- Onboarding: Help new consultants get settled (paperwork, inductions, firm culture)
- Employee Data: Manage HR systems, update employee records, and reports
- Consultant Development: Support training, workshops, and professional development programs
- Employee Relations: Handle consultant queries, concerns, and provide support
- HR Projects: Assist with HR initiatives, surveys, and feedback analysis
Consulting-Specific Tasks:
- Support consultant staffing for projects
- Assist with consultant performance management processes
- Help with client-facing HR needs (if required)
Requirements:
- HR or business student
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
