Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and files.
  • HR Projects: Assisting with special projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, policy development, and research.
  • Administrative Tasks: Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
  • Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis on HR-related topics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Communication: Interacting with employees, management, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner.
