Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and execute recruitment plans and enhance recruitment strategies. Shortlist qualified candidates according to job brief and requirements.
- Utilize all available resources, both internal and external systems, to effectively advertise job vacancies.
- Monitor the company's career email, compile received CVs, and organize them in the appropriate database.
- Implement HR strategies to support current and future business needs while ensuring the security of confidential documents.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and actively participate in payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Proactively manage Employee Relations cases, including Discipline, Grievance, Capability/Performance, and Absence Management. Develop relevant reports for absence monitoring, performance reviews, and training.
- Establish and maintain processes to enhance staff performance, including initiatives related to equality and diversity, talent management, health and wellbeing, and staff incentive schemes.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business, Management, or a related Social Sciences field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, or HRCI are advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
